    The ATTINY816-MN is a 28-pin microcontroller with an 8MHz internal oscillator and 8KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory. It also has 512 bytes of In-System Programmable Read-Only Memory (ROM), 512 bytes of Internal SRAM, and 128 bytes of Internal EEPROM. The device operates on a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
