The AT89LP51ED2-20AU is a low-power, high-performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. Description:

The AT89LP51ED2-20AU is a 48-pin, low-power microcontroller with 64KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 2KB of EEPROM, and 512 bytes of RAM.
