The ATMEGA324PB-MU is a surface-mount microcontroller with a 32-pin, 0.8mm pitch μMAX package. It features an integrated 324 KB in-system programmable Flash with read-while-write capability, 4 KB EEPROM, and 48 KB SRAM. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7 - 5.5 V and has a typical operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
