Description:

The ATTINY1627-MUR is a 16-bit microcontroller with a high-speed embedded non-volatile program memory. It features a high-performance 32-bit RISC architecture with 320KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 16KB of In-System Programmable SRAM, and 4KB of EEPROM. The device operates at a frequency of up to 16 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
