ATTINY814-SSFR Description

ATTINY814-SSFR is a low-power microcontroller from Microchip Technology's AVR product family. It is based on the enhanced low-power 8-bit AVR RISC architecture and is specifically designed for battery-powered applications that require ultra-low power consumption.

Description:

The ATTINY814-SSFR is available in a 20-pin SSOP (Shrink Small Outline Package) package. It features 8 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 512 bytes of In-System Programmable EEPROM, and 512 bytes of Internal SRAM. The device operates at a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
