ATTINY824-XFR Description

The ATTINY824-XFR is a low-power, 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) from Microchip Technology's AVR® portfolio. It is based on the enhanced AVR® architecture and is designed for a wide range of applications that require low power consumption, high performance, and small form factor.

Description:

The ATTINY824-XFR features 8 KB of In-System Programmable (ISP) Flash memory, 512 B of In-System Programmable (ISP) EEPROM, and 512 B of internal SRAM. It operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 5.5 V and has an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device is available in a 16-pin QFN package.
