Microchip Technology's ATMEGA128A-MU is a high-performance microcontroller unit (MCU) that is part of the AVR Enhanced series. This MCU is designed for a wide range of applications, including industrial control, medical devices, and consumer electronics.

Description:

The ATMEGA128A-MU is an 8-bit MCU with a high-density, non-volatile memory. It features a high-speed embedded PI (Parallel Interface) and a JTAG (Joint Test Action Group) interface for programming and debugging. The MCU is available in a 64-pin, 0.150-inch, TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Package) package.
