Description:

The ATMEGA16-16MU is a surface-mount device with a 44-pin QFN (Quad Flat No-leads) package. It features an integrated 16 MHz oscillator, which allows for precise timing and reduced external component requirements. The device also includes 16 KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 1 KB of EEPROM, and 1 KB of SRAM (Static Random-Access Memory) for data storage and program execution.
