    ATMEGA164P-20AUR Description

    Microchip Technology's ATMEGA164P-20AUR is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It is designed for a wide range of embedded applications, including industrial control, medical devices, and portable electronics.

    Description:

    The ATMEGA164P-20AUR features 16 KB of in-system programmable Flash memory, 1 KB of EEPROM, and 1 KB of SRAM. It operates at a frequency of 20 MHz and is available in a 44-pin TQFP package. The device is designed to operate over a wide voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 V and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
