Description:

The ATMEGA168PA-MNR is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the enhanced AVR RISC architecture. It features 16 KB of in-system programmable flash memory for storing the program code, 1 KB of EEPROM, and 1 KB of SRAM. The device operates at a frequency of up to 16 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8-5.5 V.
