The ATMEGA324P-20MU is a microcontroller that features 32 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 2 KB of In-System Programmable SRAM, and 1 KB of EEPROM. It operates at a frequency of 20 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 volts. The device is available in a 44-pin QFN package.
