ATMEGA48-20MMH Description

Microchip Technology's ATMEGA48-20MMH is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It is designed for a wide range of embedded applications that require high computational power, low power consumption, and small form factor.

Description:

The ATMEGA48-20MMH features 4K bytes of in-system programmable flash memory for storing the program code, 512 bytes of SRAM for data storage, and 256 bytes of EEPROM for non-volatile storage. It operates at a frequency of 20 MHz and is available in a 20-pin, 3.3V, 8-lead, 0.300" (7.62mm) wide, 6.600" (168.275mm) long, 2.000" (50.8mm) high, 4-layer, plastic, QFN (Quad Flat No-leads) package.
