ATMEGA48-20PU Description

Microchip Technology's ATMEGA48-20PU is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. It is designed for a wide range of embedded applications that require high computational power, low power consumption, and a small form factor.

Description:

The ATMEGA48-20PU features 4K bytes of in-system programmable Flash memory with read-while-write capability, 512 bytes of EEPROM, and 512 bytes of SRAM. It operates at a frequency of 20 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8-5.5 volts. The device is available in a 28-pin PDIP (Plastic Dual In-line Package) package.
