    Description:

    The ATMEGA48PA-MU features 4KB of in-system programmable flash memory for storing the program code, 512 bytes of SRAM for data storage, and 256 bytes of EEPROM for non-volatile storage. It operates at a frequency of up to 20 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8-5.5V. The device is available in a 28-pin, 0.6" μMAX package.
