ATMEGA48PV-10MU Description

Microchip Technology's ATMEGA48PV-10MU is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) based on the AVR enhanced low-power architecture. It is designed for a wide range of applications that require low power consumption, high computational efficiency, and a small form factor.

Description:

The ATMEGA48PV-10MU features 4,096 bytes of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 512 bytes of EEPROM, and 512 bytes of SRAM. It operates at a frequency of up to 10 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8 - 5.5 volts. The device is available in a 20-pin, 4mm x 4mm, QFN package.
