The ATMEGA644PV-10MUR is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is part of the AVR Enhanced series and is based on the enhanced AVR RISC architecture. The device is available in a 44-pin QFN package and operates at a frequency of up to 16 MHz.

Description:

The ATMEGA644PV-10MUR is an 8-bit microcontroller featuring 64 Kbytes of In-System Programmable Flash memory, 4 Kbytes of In-System Programmable SRAM, and 2 Kbytes of In-System Programmable EEPROM. It also includes a JTAG interface for debugging and programming, as well as a USB interface for easy communication with a host computer.
