ATMEGA88PB-MN Description

The ATMEGA88PB-MN is a low-power microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is part of the AVR Enhanced series of 8-bit MCUs and is based on the enhanced low-power AVR RISC architecture.

Description:

The ATMEGA88PB-MN features 8 KB of in-system programmable flash memory for storing the program code, 1 KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM for storing data. It operates at a frequency of up to 16 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 volts. The device is available in a 28-pin QFN package.
