Description:

The ATMEGA8A-ANR features 8 KB of In-System Programmable Flash memory for storing the program code, 1 KB of EEPROM, and 1 KB of SRAM. It operates at a maximum frequency of 20 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 volts. The microcontroller is available in a 44-pin QFN package.
