This FPGA has 2600 LABs and CLBs built in. This FPGA should be able to perform as expected in terms of its capabilities and specs as long as it is put in Surface Mount.

A user-configurable analog interface (XADC), incorporating dual 12-bit 1MSPS analogue-to-digital converters with on-chip thermal and supply sensors.
