ATMEGA168A-PU Description

Microchip Technology's ATMEGA168A-PU is a low-power, high-performance 8-bit microcontroller unit (MCU) based on the AVR enhanced low-power architecture. This MCU is designed for a wide range of applications, including industrial control, medical devices, and portable electronics.

Description:

The ATMEGA168A-PU features 16 KB of in-system programmable flash memory for storing the program code, 1 KB of EEPROM, and 1 KB of SRAM. It operates at a frequency of 16 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8 - 5.5 V. The device is available in a 28-pin PDIP (Plastic Dual In-Line Package) package.
