The ATMEGA8A-PN is a low-power, high-performance microcontroller unit (MCU) manufactured by Microchip Technology. It is based on the AVR enhanced low-power 8-bit RISC architecture and is designed for a wide range of embedded applications.

Description:

The ATMEGA8A-PN is an 8-pin package version of the popular ATMEGA8A MCU. It features 8 KB of in-system programmable flash memory, 1 KB of EEPROM, and 1 KB of SRAM. The device operates at a frequency of up to 20 MHz and has a wide operating voltage range of 1.8 - 5.5 V.
