The Texas Instruments CSD23382F4 is a high-performance, low-power, fully integrated smart gate driver with integrated MOSFETs. It is designed to drive high-current motor control applications, such as brushless DC (BLDC) motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) in various industrial and automotive applications.

Description:

The CSD23382F4 is a monolithic smart gate driver IC that integrates a high-voltage half-bridge gate driver with two N-channel MOSFETs. It is designed to operate with a wide input voltage range and offers excellent electrical characteristics, such as low on-resistance, low gate charge, and low propagation delay.

Features:

  1. Integrated high-voltage half-bridge gate driver and two N-channel MOSFETs.
  2. Wide input voltage range: 6V to 60V.
  3. High peak current capability: up to 40A per MOSFET.
  4. Low on-resistance: 3.5mΩ (maximum) for each MOSFET.

  9. SpreadCycle modulation: enables efficient motor control with reduced electromagnetic interference (EMI).
  10. Small package size: 4.29mm x 5.38mm PowerTrench QFN package.
